We are being face with unprecedented challenges – as individuals, families and businesses. Now that we are essentially in lockdown, we felt it necessary to update our customers on how we will move forward.
Car garages have been classed by the government as an essential service, and as such, we'll be here for you over the coming weeks. We'll be operating normal opening hours, but will increased safety measures in place. We will, of course, be adhering to the social distancing guidelines set by the government, meaning your drop off/collection will be no-contact. And we'll also be continuing with extra measures to keep our working environment clean.
These steps include:
- Wearing protective gloves at all times
- Cleansing hands and surfaces more often
- Using hand sanitizer
- Regularly disinfecting customer areas (doors, door handles, desk surfaces and banister railings)
- Employees who're able to, will be working from home
Free (no-contact) collection and delivery
We will be collecting and delivering back free of charge, from home or work addresses within 5 miles. If you live further than this, please do give us a call as we will try our best to work something out!
If you'd like to book collection and delivery, please let us know at the time of booking (online or by phone).
No contact drop off
If you choose to drop off your car, please enter reception and leave your keys on the desk (preferably in an envelope with your registration written on the front). Our receptionist will still be there to receive you, but will remain 2m distance away.
Free MOT tests for NHS workers, police, military and the fire service.
During these uncertain times, we'll also be offering free MOT tests to key workers, this includes: NHS staff, police, military and the fire service. We hope that this, along with free collection and delivery, will ease the strain of keeping your vehicles on the road during such testing times.
Please quote 'key worker MOT' at the time of booking.
